I’m the founder of Harbor Hill Farm Microgreens, and I’m dedicated to bringing the freshest, healthiest microgreens to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. After retiring from a 25-year career at Mississippi State University, I started this farm as a small side project in 2019. It all began because my daughters wanted to grow something to sell at the Farmers' Market.Since then, I’ve grown over 60 types of microgreens, including popular ones like basil, cilantro, and spicy wasabi mustard. I deliver directly to homes and restaurants and also sell at farmers' markets.Focusing on freshness and keeping my customers happy, I’ve worked hard to make Harbor Hill Farm a trusted name in the community. We harvest and deliver our microgreens on the same day to ensure they taste the best.
