I am a 23 year veteran of Enterprise level Information Technology. My latest experience has been the last 8 years with Microsoft where I served as a Senior Premier Field Engineer. It was my job as a dedicated consulting resource to work with fortune 100 companies as well as other organizations to advise them on any ongoing projects in the Active Directory and Azure space. These customers could also reach out to me with a host of day-to-day questions as well as when they were in need of assistance troubleshooting something such as a replication failure. Before Microsoft I spent 9 years working at Dell where I served as a consultant for our customers in Microsoft Products. This is where I began to focus on a combination of Active Directory and Performance troubleshooting. I am a team player and often assisted my peers with any issues I could help them with in my areas of expertise. Three years after starting Dell paid for me to the opportunity to get my Microsoft Certified Master cert in Directory Services. Because this certification program was shut down in 2012 I am one of only approx. 115 with the same certification in the world. In the year 2000 I got my start in the Enterprise space starting as a federal contractor I not only served as a network administrator, but a Project Manager as well eventually leading up to approximately 65 personnel on a large DOD contract.
