Work with Semperis customers to help architect their Directory Services Protector software solutions. Taking information from customer environments such as the size of their Active Directory database, number of changes taking place in the environment over a period of time, and other factors I would help them determine the specifications needed for their SQL servers in which the application relies on.I would work with customers to deploy the product in a combination of on prem installations as well as Entra ID integrations. Additionally, I provide training for the product as needed in addition to troubleshooting of both DSP and AD problems they may experience in their environments.I coordinate with both the Support team as well as the Development team for an array of scenarios. Additionally, I help train and mentor other peers as needed.As a solutions architect I also discuss security vulnerabilities unique to each customer and how they are linked to the MITRE ATTA&CK framework.

Provided proactive and some reactive support to Microsoft's Fortune 100 and other Enterprise customers. Served as a senior Active Directory consultant for Dell Services. I was a domain admin for two internal Dell domains as well as a very large external customer that we provide network administration support for.I worked on the decommissioning of an internal domain with over 28,000 users and assisted system administrators with migrating their applications to another domain.I also built a new internal domain to be used by Dell Services.Due to my level of expertise with Active Directory, I was asked to assist with misc. issues across multiple Dell accounts. I served as an escalation point for deep Microsoft oriented technical issues.I was the team lead for the team that I am assigned to. I worked closely with members of the team and tracked all projects that are on-going in our business. As the lead I also worked to provide training opportunities for the team where needed and possible.

I was the lead Solutions engineer at Dell's OKC campus and one of three in the organization as a whole. This position required that I wear many hats. I coordinated vendor led and Dell led training for my teams of engineers. I also deliver advanced enterprise software training in a few subjects. I have built relationships with other businesses within Dell leading to a much closer working relationship and win-win opportunities for both sides. I assisted with integrating Dell acquired companies into our Enterprise support business and also help coordinate Global initiatives.

In 2001, Ingenium won the contract that I initially worked on. While in this position I managed a small 100 person org until 2003. In 2003, Ingenium won the Tinker AFB base network contract where I became a server administrator and the project manager for the large IT contract. While working in this new role I was a Network Administrator for the approx 25k user environment. I worked with AD, Exchange, Citrix, and a host of additional technologies during this time. Assisting with the base's migration to Active Directory and migrating the Cirrix farm to a newer version as two examples of projects I was involved in.I was also the project manager of the approximately 20 million dollar contract and manager for approximately 65 employees.

This was my first employer on Tinker AFB. I was initially hired as the senior helpdesk but was quickly promoted to the Network Administrator and Project Manger three months later with the existing PM left. While in this role I managed several employees as well as a mixture of Windows NT 4 and 2000 servers. I migrated their NT 4 domain to Active Directory and managed all IT purchases both client and server related.
