Mr. Rock is a founding member of his Chicago-based firm, Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC. He represents individuals, corporate clients and condominium associations in commercial disputes and construction litigation, employment matters, mergers & acquisitions, outdoor advertising, real estate taxation, and complex high-stakes litigation. Mr. Rock advises and represents municipalities and governmental agencies in civil rights defense, labor and employment, eminent domain, tax increment financing, and overall general strategies. He has advised and represented real estate developers and businesses related to real estate tax incentives that may be available as well as all stages of the real estate transaction (acquisition, disposition and leasing). He is a member of various state and national bar associations. Mr. Rock was honored as one of the Forty Attorneys Under 40 in Illinois to Watch and has been repeatedly selected as a Leading Lawyer. He is active at his law school and was a member of the Alumni Board of Governors for Loyola University School of Law.
