Mr. Rodriguez has worked in the aerospace industry for over 35 years. An Economics graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, Mr. Rodriguez began his business career with a Northern Virginia Aerospace and Defense company, where he gained significant insight into the highly competitive aerospace business environment. In 1988, Mr. Rodriguez created the aerospace division of a defense contractor also located in Northern Virginia, and in April of 1990 founded MAC Aerospace Corporation. As the President and Owner, Mr. Rodriguez has successfully and profitably led this company in the highly competitive domestic and international marketplace. Mr. Rodriguez has established a strong reputation as an honorable and highly regarded provider of leading edge and legacy aircraft and weapon system components and support equipment.An acknowledged leader among the company’s competition, MAC Aerospace Corporation has been included in Inc Magazine’s list of “5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America” 2015, 2016; and listed as one of Hispanic Business Magazine’s “500 most successful Hispanic Businesses” on more than seven separate occasions. A leader in the Hispanic business community, Mr. Rodriguez has twice been nominated for this magazine’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award.
