Team Lead for the Systems Management team over the Linux, Automation, Monitoring, Networking, and Account Management areas. Primarily working on Operations and Maintenance for the Linux Servers with an emphasis on automation utilizing Ansible/Ansible Tower.

Linux Systems Administrator working on cPanel Managed Hosting servers. I handle a wide array of issues that affecting the entire server farm. I utilize many different technologies to do this, including Puppet & Ansible. I like writing in Python and do as much as I can to utilize that in a daily setting.

I am responsible for addressing customer technical issues including site & email problems, restarting services, and rebooting VPS and Dedicated servers when needed. I also evaluate customer accounts for removal of restrictions that have been placed on the accounts for CPU and MySQL service over usage.

I was responsible for moving customer’s content to HostGator servers from both external and internal sources, cloning customer sites to work under different URLs, as well as providing quotes for this same work. This is done by utilizing a variety of methods dependent upon the situation including FTP and rsync.

As a Triage Administrator, I was responsible for evaluating tickets submitted by customer and on behalf of customers and either routing the ticket to the appropriate department or resolving the issue myself. This would include issues related to Billing, emails, site performance, as well as other issues.

My responsibilities include providing front line support via telephone. I troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.I also provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.These responsibilities require proficiency in Linux Systems and shell commands, DNS set up (including A Records and MX records), CMS systems (including WordPress, Joomla, and Weebly), as well as cPanel and WHM administration.Troubleshooting is a large portion of my duties. I am able to troubleshoot mail issues, down website issue, and some code issues within websites.

My responsibilities as an Analyst were primarily the reconciliation of data from the Mortgage Electronic Registration System with in house systems using SQL, Access and Excel. In addition, I created, ran, and updated various SQL queries for month-end and weekly reporting requirements. I also reviewed documents from loans that had completed the foreclosure process to ensure that OWB had all of the necessary documents and that they met the requirements set forth in our Policies and Procedures.In addition, I provided Notary Public services for OWB on a daily basis.

I am the point person for affidavits in Connecticut, Vermont, Ohio, Delaware, Wyoming, Utah, and D.C. I work with our attorneys to to facilitate the review, correction, and execution of affidavits for foreclosures.I am actively working to find new ways to streamline our processes by utilizing available technology including the Office suite as well as VBA and macros. I have built several additions to current tools that we use on a daily basis that reduce the time needed to correct documents.

I started out as a Call Center Rep II and worked my way up. I was a Specialist III in the Default Accounts Payable department. I paid invoices related to default expenses in a timely and accurate manner.

This position required me to utilize several skill sets, including customer service and my knowledge of the applicable laws in Texas. I was responsible for ensuring the safety of several hundred employees at one of teh State Buildings. I tried daily to provide an example to my coworkers of what a professional officer should be. I trained many of the officers that work at the building and was routinely consulted by the site supervisor, the contract manager, and our operations manager on changes to policies and procedures for the security officers.

I was responsible for ensuring the safety of all of the shooters at the range. I also helped to maintain and repair the lanes when they broke down. As well as supervising the shooters, I was responsible for instructing first time or relatively inexperienced shooters. I would also run the cash register and sell firearms.
