Fulfil the BLCSE CESC Information Systems Security Officer roles as directed.. Excellent collaboration skills to support our Cybersecurity Support Services (CSSS) contract with the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). I have helped to support all activities relating to information assurance procedures and systems. I Confer with and advises other section leaders regarding administrative policies, internal controls, and security procedures, resolving technical problems, priorities, and methods. I also help to prepares activity and progress reports relating to the information systems audit function.

Provide AFSOC cybersecurity support for all AF Special Operations IT and Special Operations Command, Control, and Computer weapons systems within AOR. Help Develop policies, guidance, and technical requirements for completing system cybersecurity risk assessments. I assist the Special Operations Security Control Assessor, complete "Authorization to Operate" and support cybersecurity processes required in support of SOCOM and AFSOC systems, in accordance with DOD, SOCOM, and AF guidance. I also assist AFSOC at a variety of Cybersecurity forums and exercises as needed.

In 2018 I was associated with Vectrus as an Information Assurance Analyst I, and I provide exceptional policy coordination/interpretation and general information security support to key government personnel. I document incidents for future reference and decision-making process. I promote accountability, transparency, and reliability of information systems by conducting audits in line with DoD policy. I detect system and network vulnerabilities/deficiencies by using various tools, such as ACAS, SCCM, and AV. I ensure requisite cyber security patches and remediation procedures are applied as per IAVA requirements. I enforce end-to-end controls across information assets for compliance with set standards and policies.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Protected information systems and documents by introducing defensive security program.~ Implemented proactive network security policy to safeguard data from possible loss or intrusion.~ Dealt with critical issues in ran extreme environment and hostile conditions.

In 2017, I was the Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst II at Rendition Information Security, and I delivered robust support by utilizing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems as well as other tools to monitor and respond to escalated alerts/events. I supervised all professional operations and processes in a 24x7 environment for seamless activities at SOC. I formulated and communicated detailed, system, vulnerability, threat intelligence, and analytical reports for informed decision making. I established a database on information security issues and emerging trends.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Credited for efficiently performing during crisis situations and contingency operations.~ Improved operational framework by streamlining incident response reporting and actions.~ Helped re-create a critical server while making needed adjustments to continuously provide the SLA monitoring that the customers expected.

I was the Network Technician in 2014 at Aiken County Public School District, and I highlighted and resolved technical, network issues through Dell SonicWALL and Endpoint. I monitored and controlled both inbound and outbound network traffic by closely analyzing IDS and IPS reports. I reviewed and forwarded FBI and DHS reports to the director and administrator for data-driven decision making.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Completed wireless overlay project for elementary schools on time, within budget, and as per SLA.~ Developed and rolled out a security monitoring and reporting program.~ Replaced and configured switches as well as APs on the wireless infrastructure.~ Decreased the school districts outstanding ticket count and average open time in networking by 20%.

I was the PC Technician at ANC Group in 2012, and I collected and delivered broken/repaired hardware for Aiken County School District. I installed, repaired, and configured hardware as well as upgraded RAM across 40 different sites.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Optimized hardware upgrade and replacement processes across all school districts.~ Provided in-school support to teachers while in the field.

I joined Mount Vernon Mills in 2007 as an Information Systems Manager, and I managed network resources, rights, and communications using Active Directory, Exchange, and storage servers. I kept abreast with AS/400 and Microsoft products as well as maintained VoIP system, network switches, and routers. I protected data from possible loss by creating data backups. I addressed hardware and software issues from end users for continuous working. I trained users on working of new system to maximize productivity levels.A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Ensured continuous operations at two sites by installing VoIP phone systems and initiating training.~ Helped maintain and contribute to the corporate enterprise security program.~ Setup and executed short-term operations for network and WiFi during peak operations periods at alternate sites.
