As a Program Manager, I work closely with the Business Development Manager to assess and evaluate the client's need or requirements including the identification and development of viable technical proposals/solutions. I organize a team of technical specialists to conduct due diligence activities, fesibility studies, and related technical studies necessary in developing Project/Program Implementation Plan including Capital and Operaitonal Expenditure Programs. I worked with internal and external clients, technical specialists, third party vendors, contractors, consultants and senior management in delivering the requisite and appropriate project/program based on the group's business goals. I performs other functions and acts as corporate resource as the business requires.

- In charge of the project in terms of subcontract work – FRC (Formworks, Rebar and Concreting)- Primary day to day contacts of the Contractor’s Project Manager and Construction Manager (First Balfour, Inc.)- Ensure strict implementation of I-Form company’s policy- Ensures the team are strictly complying with the approved plans and specifications- Responsible to the efficient administration of contract between the I-Form (as subcontractor) and First Balfour (as contractor)- Ensures proper documentation on the claims of all additional works / changes in plans and specifications- Find ways and means to optimize efficiency at the jobsite and minimize if not eliminate reworks- Directly responsible in completing the project within budget, desired quality standards, safely manner and on schedule

- Leads the engineering team on the estimate works, costing and monitoring of the projects.- Monitor the performance of all project sites in terms of budget, schedule and profitability.- Assess the materials request (Purchase Order) of all project sites and subcon’s billing prior to approval of the company’s President.- Coordinate with other prospected clients who own a lot in and out of the Metro and are willing to develop their land and go for a joint venture with our company.

- Manage, Plans, organizes, leads, and supervise the engineering department.- Monitor the performance of all project sites in terms of budget, schedule and profitability.- Attend Pre-bid meeting; liaise with client’s representative with regards to drawings, specifications and other documents related to bidding procedures.- Leads the engineering team on the estimate works, costing and monitoring of the projects.- Assess the materials request (Purchase Order) of all project sites and subcon’s billing prior to approval of the company’s President.- In-charge in closing out of the projects done until the retention will be released.

- Oversee the implementation of the works in compliance with the contract technical specification, construction drawings and any relevant by-laws and the requirements of the local authorities.- Attending regular Client & Consultant Meeting and Project Technical Meetings.

- Documentations, progress monitoring, prepare letters.- Quantity Surveyor for the slope protection lay-out and actual shotcrete/guniting area, prepare Bore Logs.- Organize and supervise the project.- Coordinator to the consultant and contractor’s representative and quality control officers- Prepare progress billings.

- Plans, organizes, leads, and supervises the project.- Ensure that the work is been carried out as per plan.- Estimate and procures the necessary equipment and material for the project.- Prepares quantity proposal for additional/change orders.- Inspect the finished works for quality control.- Prepares progress billings, letters.- Documentations.
