CONTRIBUTIONS:Leads the monthly S&OP demand planning process and ensures its alignment with the global teamSteers the demand planning activities to reach maximum sales marginEnsures that the differentiated customer service levels/product prioritization are enforcedDrives demand planning process towards “Value Add Demand Planning”Improves forecast accuracy by interacting closely, as well as need-based customer visitsDevelops the new product launch plans (when relevant) and collaborates with global Marketing to ensure the execution of global product launch plans Develops pricing analysis, and trend analysis to support the price setting and portfolio rationalization planSupports in setting up the pricing proposal and communicating towards sales and global teamDELIVERABLES:Ownership of PO business plan volume and rolling demand planDrives demand scenarios and combined demand/supply scenarios including capturing asset loading and other gap-closing opportunitiesLeads the monthly S&OP Demand Review meeting during which various monetized scenarios are evaluated and the unconstrained demand plan is approvedDelivers the constrained demand plan where available volumes are allocated in ways that sales margin optimization and desired customer service level are balancedAnalyses input from Sales/CSR to define a rolling 18 months demand planCommunicate global product demand plan with Global Demand Planner(s) in EuropeCollaborates with PO Demand Planning (Europe) for global products and understanding of S&OP processAnalyses margin performance (price/volume/margin) and make pricing proposalsPlan accuracy to yield inventory reductionSupport MTP long-term demand planning
