Associate Director, Digital Forensics, Threat Assessment, Investigations And Threat Intelligence
Current•Direct, manage, and mentor a team of analysts and investigators.•Develop standards, procedures, and success metrics for the TAT program.•Partner with Human Resources, Employee Relations, Global Security Operations, Asset Protection, Organized Retail Crime, Fraud Prevention, Ethics, and other investigative functions across the company to ensure the prompt completion of investigations.•Advise the company on the findings of investigations and liaise with law enforcement, as necessary.•Lead and support highly sensitive, complex, and confidential threat investigations regarding workplace violence, harassment, brand/reputational risk, property damage, and fraud.•Lead a team of threat assessment experts to identify, disrupt, and protect against any undermining of business operations and assets. •Lead the Threat Management Team, including assessment of existing capabilities, identification of gaps, development of technical and non-technical indicators, and coordination of the program with stakeholders.•Manage day-to-day evaluation, analysis, and investigation of potential threat events and apply procedures to determine next steps.•Engage members of the Threat Assessment Committee including HR (Human Resources), ER (Employee Relations), Legal & Compliance, D&T, and others. Lead monthly Threat Working Group meetings and others as necessary.•Manage detection methods for the discovery of behavior patterns that may indicate malicious intent by threat actors.•Develop and maintain all documentation relating to threat management, including playbooks, procedures, and policies.•Develop standards, procedures, and success metrics for the program and report on the effectiveness and results of the Threat Assessment Team supporting Executive Protection Services.
