I am a physicist, imaging scientist, and software developer with outstanding accomplishments including developing the industry leading metal artifact reduction algorithm for dental X-ray scanners, the first fully automatic redeye correction method for consumer images, and the first photorefractive polymer.I have extensive experience developing complex algorithms and software for applications including X-ray computed tomography, tumor detection in medical images, and physical system simulation. My main software development skills are object-oriented programming using C++ and algorithm optimization using CUDA. I also have used the C#, Python, and Java programming languages on various projects. In addition, I have considerable experience writing patent applications and patenting inventions.
