CurrentEngineering & Surveying Properties, P.C. (EP) was founded in 2004 with an initial office locale within the Village of Walden for over 5 years. EP is currently located in the Village of Montgomery on Clinton Street approximately 15 minutes from the Goshen, Middletown and Newburgh. Our associates bring with them over 75 years of combined knowledge and experience from previous engineering employments. Our Civil Engineering capabilities include commercial and residential site design and development, environmental planning and permitting, construction support, project management, client advocating and representation, and land surveying. Our Land Surveying capabilities include boundary surveys, topographical surveys, as-built surveys, construction stakeout and layout, legal property and easement descriptions, metes and bounds descriptions, Right-of-Way and property corner monumentation, realty subdivision preparation and approval, FEMA certifications, and wetland flag location and mapping.Engineering & Surveying Properties’ objective is to provide innovative cost effective solutions to the problems that we solve. Our primary focus is to provide our clients with solutions that not only meet county, state and federal regulations but most importantly meet the needs of our client. We strive to make each project complement the area in which it is located, while designing it in an economically viable and constructible manner. Engineering & Surveying Properties is a small professional engineering & land surveying consulting company and we prefer it that way. It allows us to cultivate personal and professional relationships with our clients while still remaining responsive to their engineering needs.
