Product manager for the Crossroads MIS system for the administration of Women Infants and Children (WIC) programs. Crossroads is a USDA funded State Agency Model software development and implementation project on behalf of a consortium of states including Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.•Work with state project management, program directors, and information technology staff to develop a comprehensive eligibility determination, case management, benefit issuance, vendor management, and fiscal management system for WIC programs.•Supervision of 60+ software development, business analyst, project management, account management, and quality assurance staff.•Responsible for quality assurance, production support, and account management staff across multiple business units.

•Responsible for product management and business development of public health case management, provider payment, and fiscal management services.•Manage the development and hosting of MIS systems for Early Intervention (Part C), Women Infant and Children (WIC), and drug addiction programs in 10 states.•Supervision of 55+ project management, software development, quality assurance, business analysis, and account management team members.•Financial responsibility for over $13M in annual revenue and fiscal management of eight state programs delivering over $750M in services annually.•Provided consultative product development support and architectural design for projects across multiple business units.
