New Car Lot Manager
Current• Clear snow off of vehicles and snowplow lot lanes and parking lot.• Coordinate with other Lot Managers to communicate what tasks/duties need to be completed for the day.• Wash, wipe down, vacuum and clean new cars to ensure their cleanliness.• Report any issues found around or inside of vehicles to Service Department Management.• Work alongside Used Car and Kia Campus Lot Attendants for any additional help that may be needed on their lots.• Bring cars to our detail department for salesman once a car has been sold.• Keep track of how long vehicles have been on our lot and arrange them on the lot accordingly.• Deliver customer's service vehicles to customers when they are unable to pick up their vehicle from our location.• Inspect new and used vehicles that arrived off of a transport vehicle and list any transportation damage or issues to New Car Buying Center.• Space and line rows of new cars in an orderly fashion around the new car campus.• Pick up vehicles from various McGrath locations throughout Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha and Marion.• Update Transport Excel spreadsheet accordingly for vehicles that are scheduled, delivered vehicles and in-transit vehicles.• Place dealer stock information in windows of new vehicles or dealer trades. Clean out any plastic from factory and place it accordingly on the lot• Take pictures of newly arrived used cars and email them to the appropriate used car manager based on which location is it going to• Various tasks assigned by New Car Sales Managers
