Project 1Following the success of my previous project with the business, I was tasked with leading the introduction of a bar code scanning and inventory management system at three pilot locations. As one of New Zealand's largest steel distribution companies with over 50 branches, this project required extensive auditing of processes and procedures across the country to identify weaknesses in the supply chain - from procurement to product delivery.
