- Manages the process of responding to RFx- Acts as the project manager for each assigned RFP, ensuring that all deadlines are met and Proposal Services processes and best practices are followed; schedule RFP project meetings as needed (e.g. project kickoff, status updates, pricing discussions)- Contributes to bid qualification and solution strategy discussions- Holds teams accountable for meeting commitments, managing indirect reports and effective communication- Initiates discussions with proposal teams to ensure that proposal is consistent with account strategy- Writes and edits proposal sections and enhances presentation and differentiators; conducts internal information searches- Writes and edits proposals for continuity, logic, organization, message, etc- Proofreads documents for consistency and errors, focuses on quality work product- Works with subject matter experts to source answers to tough questions- Handles final production of proposal and distribution to RFP owner in a timely manner- Tracks and reports hours worked on all RFx projects- Maintains proposal management expertise through participation in available industry events

- Creates, modifies and edits company reports, proposals, sources sought and RFPs for submission to private and government sectors.- Works with USACE, NAVFAC, DES, NPS, USCG proposals, among others- Creates and writes RC&D’s monthly newsletter, an electronic report that is sent to hundreds of past and present clients at many different gov’t agencies, including the USACE, NAVFAC, DES, NPS, USCG, along with private contractors- Creates project descriptions and handles day-to-day marketing for the company- Handles day-to-day office management duties

- Creates, modifies and edits company reports, proposals, sources sought and RFPs for submission to private and government sectors, including USACE, NPS, DES and DF&G- Creates advertisements and general marketing packages.- Formulating a company plan of action and begin hosting interviews for revamping of company website.

- Writes and edits company’s “Bi-Weekly Report” which circulates to over 300 hospitals and 2,000 hospital executives in the US.- Creates new and modifies existing benchmark spreadsheets, staffing patterns and other comparative data.- Edits consultant reports, proposals, service agreements and presentations.- Creates Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Visio designs, layouts, and flowcharts.- Supervisor of professional staff while Office Manager is out.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, consulting environment.- Back-up for several different positions at AMS, including IT and word processing
