Implement manage and maintain all hand held devices, Tablets and Smartphones. Maintain and apply data and network security to established corporate standards. Review and monitor equipment. Establish and oversee web casts and conference seminars. Communicate with local and remote users on a routine basis to ensure proper operation.Provide multi level support for Microsoft platforms (Windows Server and Desktop, Imail, SMS.) Perform off-hours and remote support
