Deliverable - simple yes/no...success can/cannot be achieved, supported by a roadmap, when needed, highlighting where improvement will move a "no" to a "yes". Focus - can be at organization, or down to functional, level. When appropriate - whenever desired level of success is not being realized, e.g., customers not "thrilled", bottom line not achieved, cycle times not improving, backlogs exist or material surprises occur.B) Project management/performance - execution, to achieve a specific goal, e.g., develop workflows to support a new venture, develop a management information system or design an internal control system.C) Training - design/deliver training programs on management or technical issues, e.g., managing people or process, identifying and managing business risk or internal control 3) Successes have been in:A) Turnarounds, start-ups and identifying opportunities to do more with less on both sides of the basic success formula: growth in revenue opportunities and decrease in costs.
