I work as development consultant With 14 years of experience in the field, I have designed and managed complex evaluation studies for various health and development issues in India, such as maternal and child health, nutrition, adolescent health, sanitation, agriculture & livestock, education, and livelihood.My core competencies include project performance, key performance indicators, defining requirements, theory of change, contribution analysis, process tracing, and complex evaluations. I use digital platforms and mixed methods to assess the progress and impact of health and development programs at the national and state level. I have also worked with various ministries: Ministry of Jal Shakti, MoHUA, WCD, Census of India, multilateral organisation, UN agencies, and NGOs, and contributed to insights generation, research project design, and management of people. I am passionate about inclusive development, evaluation, and evidence-based decision making.
