Designing laboratory tests to select appropriate material to ensure technical performance of OLED device;Collaborating with external labs and research institutes to execute tests and develop new capabilities;Setting up organic light-emitting materials quality evaluation methods with the engineering and the quality department and vendors by TGA, DSC HPLC, etc.
