I am confident and committed to providing a high standard of quality work, I am outcome-focused and work well managing KPI’s and targets. I have strong skills in people management, performance management, change, and project management.I enjoy process-driven work as well as tailoring services to the needs of customers and appreciate the chance to increase efficiencies where possible. I believe it is important to improve workflow and overall costs for any organisation. Two points of importance I focus on are improving customer service and to increase efficiencies and morale within a business or department.I am now seeking employment in an organisation that will allow me to extend on existing skills and to build on my abilities working in office administration.
