Hard working, 20 year construction foreman who is looking to make his last career change. A quick learner with the ability to stay on task, complete on deadlines and overcome potential obstacles. I entered the construction industry with Cleary Building Corporation. I progressed quickly from field laborer to leadman and within 2 years I was running my own crew. My experience in construction allowed a wide variety of skills to develop. Organization, teaching, efficiency, delagation, evaluation and client relations were used for every job. Over my 17 years of leadership, the people I led constructed nearly $10,000,000 worth of new buildings, more than 400 individual structures ranging from a Baptist church in Norman, OK to a small garage in Slippery Rock, PA to an office complex in Bloomington, IL. I have come into contact with nearly every different style of client, employee and co-worker. Long hours and weekends were expected and accepted, safety procedures were followed and deadlines were met.
