I come with a baked-in practical nature, positive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.I believe that animation (and in particular, TV animation for kids) is often considered 'cheap' entertainment — but knowing how a show can come to mean a great deal to children in a profoundly formative part of their lives, it behooves us to put in the effort to elevate a story beyondthe script in all departments to make the viewing experience a entertaining and enriching one.Nearly 20 years of industry experience, moving from stop-motion animator to 3D series director, has given me a strong appreciation of the needs of each department in the pipeline, as well as insight into how they in turn can best serve the overall story. I negotiate well with clients to realize their vision while remaining conscious of the production's resources and technical capabilities, working closely with supervisors and crew to achieve our goal.
