Project Manager
Current- Thoroughly reviews and comprehends the requirements of a project per the Contract Specifications, Contract Drawings, and other supporting documents.
- Evaluates all project budgetary categories and proposes a plan to meet or exceed these limits.
- Develops project schedules in conjunction with the Contractor/Owner’s schedule. Revises schedules as required.
- Coordinates with the Operations Manager to establish the scheduling of each project.
- Coordinates with the Engineering Manager to discuss project engineering requirements,specifically, instrumentation, panel design, and submittals.
- Meets with the Applications Development Manager to select a Project Team.
