• Thoroughly reviews and comprehends the requirements of a project per the Contract Specifications, Contract Drawings, and other supporting documents.• Evaluates all project budgetary categories and proposes a plan to meet or exceed these limits.• Develops project schedules in conjunction with the Contractor/Owner’s schedule. Revises schedules as required.• Coordinates with the Operations Manager to establish the scheduling of each project. • Coordinates with the Engineering Manager to discuss project engineering requirements,specifically, instrumentation, panel design, and submittals.• Meets with the Applications Development Manager to select a Project Team.• Meets periodically with the Project Team to discuss the HMI Application software, graphic displays, and PLC Programming requirements, schedules, and implementation progress.• Coordinates with the other Project Managers to ensure company labor resources are efficiently utilized.• Coordinates all project startup activities with the Contractor and M/R personnel, which includes scheduling, troubleshooting, and meeting commitments.• Evaluates project issues and find solutions that are acceptable to all, and are also in the best interests of M/R Systems.• Verifies all project completion requirements, including testing, demonstrations, punch lists, billing, and documentation have been completed according to the contract.• Establishes a billing schedule for each project, executes the billing process monthly, and verifies timely payment.• Supports all Customer/Owners through the warranty period, and systematically contacts them after the project is complete.

• Develops Human-Machine Interface (HMI) application software per the contractspecifications using Third-Party Software Development Packages, such as Wonderware’sInTouch, Rockwell Software’s RSView, and Intellution’s IFIX.• Develops Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs based on the contractdocuments and Control Narrative using the PLC manufacturer’s Programming Software.• Sets up the system Servers, Workstations, and peripheral equipment, tests the equipment,and installs all required software.• Configures system for historical data collection.• Develops custom Reports per the Owners requirements.• Performs in-house Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT),when required.• Demonstrates operational system functionality to the Owner.• Provides training to operators, supervisors, and administrative personnel.• Generates and gathers all required final project documentation.
