Communicate and coordinate with vendors regarding facility. Support company operations by maintaining office systems. Communicate and coordinate as purchasing agent for purchases and rentals. Arrange travel for the company. Train employees for that role. Coordinate with project managers and department leads to ensure the success of each event. Helped bring WAKA to West Chester when there was no kickball league here. Established and managed the PA West Chester and PA Battleground Division for a few seasons. Ran the division of several teams. Conduted Captains Meetings. Acquired bar sponsors for each season. Managed seasonal budgets. And made sure everyone was having fun and continued to grow the division. Retired with a few championships and a wife met through kickball.
