I have been in Retail for over 25 with a wide range of experience in the following Areas.Retail Management Currently Managing a multimillion pound store with a team of 42 people Role. Running the day to day operations and managing all aspects of the business from HR - Investigations / Disciplinary to Stock Loss Management - KPI management and Staff Wellbeing to merchandising and floor planning to ensure we maximise sales with in the company that I work for I am very focused and driven and ensure that I give my all to the store and company. I also have very high standards and ensure I get the most of my Job Role I have been in this company for 7th year and enjoy every minute of it however I am always willing to look at new challenges that come along to better my work life and home life . I have worked in food and non food environment and will be very happy to explore other opportunities that may come along
