I am a graduate of Durham University focusing on careers in biological science. I am ecologically conscious and passionate about aiding in research to better prepare for large-scale ecological developments in response to climate change. Additionally, I have a vested interest in developmental biology, endocrinology, and physiology with regards to sex and gender transition. I am an advocate of social and political rights, and I have taken part in many initiatives with my educational bodies to improve the rights of LGBTQ+ and disabled students within both my college and my university. I am looking for a career that will allow me to use my skills in practical lab work and scientific research & analysis to aid the UK's response to rapidly changing ecology, to help make the UK a more ecologically conscious and wildlife-friendly nation, or to aid with research filling the gaps in our understanding of how medication and healthcare impact the UK's gender diverse population.In addition to my interest in biological research and social rights, I am practiced in writing, both fiction and non-fiction. I have taken part in a number of small collaborative projects and have sold my writing freelance online before. I am comfortable writing long texts for a variety of audiences and purposes, and one day hope to publish an original novel of my own.
