A 25 year old church in decline which had experienced conflict over policies and attempted change by the pastor to embrace a Saddleback model. Also conflict over requiring background checks for nursery and children’s workers. This resulted in a drop in membership and financial hardships. The church called me to turn-around the decline and to lead and grow the church. Total baptisms in 5 years: 10.• Led church through visioning process using prayer triplets resulting in a plan called Vision 2025. • Continued participating in the Peru mission project with Grace Community Church.Initiated new outreach to serving the community giving away new shoes for school.

Met with donors and/or their lawyers and financial advisors to see how their estate could help TSA and how TSA could help them achieve their goals.
