Working on Employee Employee Experience Parameters with S.A.P ECM and

1. Responsible for end to end volume hiring for Financial Services vertical (FS) along with managing the employee referral program for two different verticals-Financial Services (FS) and Health care, life sciences (HIL).2. Partnered with concerned functional heads to understand the hiring requirements.3. Responsible for increasing the headcount of lateral employees for Cloud & Infra Services practice unit in Bangalore (Tier-1 Hiring).4. Partnering with various teams such as Operations, C&B, IS teams to increase operational efficiency.5. Along with volume hiring was responsible for closing multiple leadership roles in the HIL vertical.6. Acting as a POC /Brand advocate for Infosys towards the external candidates to enhance candidate experience , build relations and enhance brand positivity amongst the laterals.

Assisted firms in managing their Third Party Payroll employees from Onboarding to Release from their current role and transition procedure.

Worked as a executive and did my bachelors internship here. Got a first hand experience in the Stock market and got to know how people invest in big and small amount in different stocks in the BSE & NSE.The 2 month out there was amazing as it refined my Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
