I have worked over 20 years in the glass industry in a variety of roles. These industries include float/plate, container, and pharmaceutical glass manufacturing. I have seen the great, good, and bad in the industry. One of my strengths is knowing what a winning team in the industry looks like and knowing a path to take to become world class. Given the challenges of glass manufacturing I am most passionate about safety and continuous improvement for the team, process, and product.
