The Inland Rail program is Australia's largest transport infrastructure project. The ICT team is a core function, enabling project work along the 1,700km alignment.I developed instructional and process documentation for end-users, subcontractors, and the ICT team. Working as a Technical writer within the Project Management Office, I was engaged to develop a terminology glossary, designed as a key component of the organisation-wide push for best practice, standardisation, and alignment with ISO 21500. I liaised closely with the project delivery teams, the project management office, the finance department and the asset management department to understand the change process underway within the organisation. I developed all content for delivery both on SharePoint and as printed documentation.

I was responsible for the Ellipse Materials stream documentation including single-sourced help, release notes and training materials.

As part of the Business Excellence function, I focussed on implementing in-house process and quality systems. I worked closely with business leaders to assist them in maintaining their respective policies and business procedures and aligning them with group-wide process and quality guidelines.
