Started off career as an assembler at Beechcraft in Wichita, KS soon after moving to Lead mechanic at Raytheon Aircraft services in Atlanta leading crew on phase checks and installs on King Air 90, 100, 200, 300, and 350's also Starship 2000a, and Beechjet 400a. Move to Delta Airlines in 1997 as an AMT worked Line Maintenance, and narrow body overhauls on B727, 737, and 757. Then in 2000, moved to engine maintenance working RB211and PW4000. In 2003 joined implementation team to set up new GE CF34 overhaul shop continued in shop as an Lead AMT through 2016. In 2017 led implementation team for bringing in the new Rolls-Royce Engine Shop to our converted narrow body overhaul hangar to Overhaul Trent 1000, 7000, and XWB engine lines. Six sigma greenbelt trained, knowledge of theory of constraints and worked on Delta Engine maintenance Rationalization project to be able to bring in future engine lines into Delta Techops.
