• Determined technical approach and selected appropriate architecture, software, frameworks, languages, and databases. • Maintained, fixed, and updated code, maintained and developed all products for Virtzy from a tech perspective including front-end development, database set-up, architecture, and deployment. • Collaborated with UX/UI designers and implemented designs, defining processes, systems, and mechanisms needed to build and improve upon the Virtzy platform and products. Identified and oversaw appropriate product tests and iterations from a technical perspective.

• Implemented multiple design patterns to create reusable frameworks and cocoapods for a suite of similar apps. • Worked on a prototype app using machine learning and virtual reality to create a real-time image tracking app.

• Worked on a team of four developers communicating directly with the designer as we built a native app in Swift to replace their hybrid Ionic one. • Worked with Stripe integration, Facebook login, SSO, social media sharing, and API calls to the Alpha'a servers.

• Coordinated and trained over 400 volunteers for this nonprofit refugee resettlement organization. Established a system utilizing Microsoft Excel to track all intern and volunteer applications, ensuring each applicant receives a response.• Wrote content for monthly email newsletters and biannual print newsletters, viewed by over 4,000 donors. Generated content for Facebook page with 2,600 likes and twitter with 600 followers. Conducted interviews with refugees and volunteers for articles in communications. • Redesigned web pages on organization's website utilizing HTML and CSS to make them more informative and user friendly. Created a mobile friendly email template that has been applied to all Constant Contact communications and email newsletters.• Assisted merging donor and volunteer databases utilizing DonorPerfect and Volunteer Reporter to better track donor involvement level. Researched and compiled database prices and features so the communications team could easily find the best replacement for their donor database.

Archived over 4,000 self-published works from around the world utilizing Microsoft Access and Worldcat. Wrote 60+ blog posts on local self-publishing events and managed the Facebook page with 1,800 likes. Led workshops on making small-circulation texts and underground publishing. Organized and hosted International Zine Library Day event two years in a row. Represented Barnard Zine Library at the Philadelphia Feminist Zine Fest 2012.Corresponded by mail with incarcerated LGBTQ people seeking to borrow nontraditional literature. Curated a collection of resources and zines for those in prison.
