I was recruited at startup to direct the development of vendor relationships, merchandising, and stocking plans company wide across 3 product categories representing $33m in revenue, and build a beneficial relationship with current Home Depot Merchants.

My role was to strengthen the relationship between branches and the cooperate office. I championed the flow of information, development of creative marketing programs, and training in areas of product sales and management. At all branches I conducted cross functional team training, coaching, and mentoring of nursery staff including those of 9 new sites in the South East. I supported the branch teams with inventory management training in respect to product trends, obsolescence, shortages, alternatives, quality and profitability.
