As an effective and professional Leader, Area Manager, Buying Manager, and Return to Work Coordinator, I base my actions on a well-informed set of values; have a high degree of self-efficacy and a deep sense of commitment and responsibility. I commenced my Management journey 15 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant, productively fulfilling client’s demands in a fast paced Labour Hire Company. I was quickly promoted to an Account Manager, where I built the companies client base by winning long term business, and ensuring I understood the culture of each organisation so as to better fill each role. Through my passion and dedication I was offered an opportunity to become an Area and Buying Manager for The Haggle Group, which enabled me to further my knowledge and experience with retail, buying, sales, staff management, team culture, talent and retention. With this experience and knowledge, I moved to managing the apparel buying within Joggers World, while managing one of their stores and improving the culture of the business. This grew to a similar role within the Sportspower business. Now, I am following my path within the financial services industry, as a Team Leader at MyBudget. My leadership is motivated by a collaboratively shared vision that employees and employers both benefit from. I am passionate about high expectations, achieving KPIs and prioritising to the changing nature and needs of employees and employers.
