I have experienced quite a lot in my different type of jobs in the past, I have developed a range of excellent customer service skills and IT skills, I have experience working with Microsoft 7, windows phones, iPhones and basic programming. From working in a nightclub to working on a Service Desk, I have gained a lot of experience of how to deal with customers. I have also started training new IT staff on basic IT systems and development in the IT workplace from basic tasks to deployments and help desk tasks. I studied business management at University but I had to leave to be my mother's full-time care taker. I then decided to move onto IT.
