My responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer interactions, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones. Me and my team often use CRM software to organize and track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to optimize the overall customer experience.

As an intern predominantly I was posted at Copper-Brass Radiator plant, where I can observe entire process of radiator making, quality checking and assurance and supply chain management etc.
