This includes data integration and engineering.• Lead the digital solutions (DevOps) team transforming the customer experience across all brands via agile development. Responsible for all digital properties including e-commerce.

• Responsible to define and deliver the Global Integration Strategy. Building upon and driving adoption of SOA principles.• Lead a development team and a production support team to support the complete integration stack.• Manage requests and estimates with business partners as well as workload of the team.• Lead SOA Governance Board and the development of the governance program.• Define and enforce compliance with reference architecture, technical standards and best practices.• Review any solution that requires exceptions to the guiding standards and principles and provide exception if necessary.

Responsible for all collaborative services. This includes but is not limited to email, voice, video, conferencing, and web collaboration.

Plan, architect, implement a global SharePoint environment.

Personally responsible for over 100 web and application servers. Heavily involved in a worldwide collaboration roll-out including Microsoft Office Communications Server, MOSS 2007 (SharePoint), Rights Management Server, and VOIP integration.
