Blair has been in the remodeling business since 1965 and prides itself on referrals and repeat business. I have taken a proactive approach and called on and developed relationships with Interior Designers to partner in being the construction arm for the company. I also call on insurance agencies, real estate companies and property management companies to partner with them and help serve their clients. I actively attend networking meetings and events to develop leads. Once a lead is established, whether from Blair or developed personally, I visit the potential client at their homes to determine needs, price out jobs, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and run the jobs from start to finish. It has been a great opportunity to learn a part of the industry that I'd only seen from the outside as a Manufacturers Representative for Alside. I am thoroughly enjoying this industry and how I'm able to help people turn their house into the home of their dreams.
