My team at Intuitive focuses on the evolution of customer services to enable our customers to execute cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, or software development solutions in whatever approach they choose.Previously, I led the customer relationship management team for Optum Technology. Also, prior to returning to Optum, I had led Point of Care Decision Support (PCDS) as their CEO. PCDS delivered intuitive healthcare software to measure and improve the quality of patient care, provide real-time data and analysis, and have a impactful and measurable return on investment.Prior to that, I served Optum Data Management in a COO role. The Optum Data Management staff went from a nine-person vision and planning team to a 1,300 person delivery organization with a $400 M budget – overnight. I drove major initiatives to centralize and commercialize data assets across Optum, a $67B subdivision of UHG that delivered secure, data-driven business and operational solutions for healthcare providers and payers. The consolidation and simplification initiatives I executed resulted in more than $1M in savings over a three-year period. I also envisioned and executed Optum’s “Big Data Strategy” and led the organization to unified payer and provider solutions. Through monetized solutions, revenue grew 235% from 2013 to 2015.As a change agent and transformational leader, I am known for my ability to lead businesses through transition and drive profitability – while improving culture.
