Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)As Business and Consulting Executive Staff at Mythics, I was able to significantly increase revenue from $50M to $150M between 2013 and 2016. One of the key drivers for this success was my strategic use of the $100M DHS ICAM program, which not only helped generate cash flow, but also allowed us to attract top technical talent for our Business Development function. To measure our progress, I utilized SaaS metrics such as NPS, MRR, ARPA, CAC, LVR, and CAC.As the DHS ICAM Program Manager, I was responsible for supervising the reengineering of DHS/CBP/OIT's portfolio of cloud-based information systems worth $150M. This involved upgrading $50M of Oracle hardware systems, moving 150 legacy systems, data warehouses, and databases to an on-premise AWS cloud and 3 data centers.
