My WHY is simply to wake up each day with the view that my role exists to put people in the best position to excel and do better than I can ever do. By focusing on people and culture we drive results. - We recruited and built a team of 18 consultants from 7 different countries who speak 10 different languages. My role is easy— to encourage thought, input, and guide. - The team comes from all areas of global benefits to ensure diversity in thought, culture, and perception. Our backgrounds come from HR, consulting, and the Insurope, Maxis, IGP, and Generali pooling/ captive networks. The results:- Revenue has increased by over 4x (seven figures each year). - Global revenue for the local offices exceed 5x growth. - Global client portfolio growth has been 10x.- Our win rates on new business make us a market leader in our space.

Mr. Taylor joined Aon Hewitt in 2000 as a vice president within Aon Hewitt's Global Benefits Practice. Mr. Taylor manages multinational client relationships and provides global consulting services for multinationals based primarily in the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. Mr. Taylor’s experience encompasses over 15 years focused on global employee benefits and human resource policy. Mr. Taylor advises companies of all sizes on the design, execution, administration, and evolution of their global benefit programs including: Global benefit philosophy development, strategy, and implementation balancing the cost and risk management objectives with employee attraction/retention Subject matter expertise on the local employee benefit program management and design Risk and financial management techniques including multinational pooling and captives; Mr. Taylor is an experienced M&A consultant advising businesses on the financial and human capital issues related to acquisitions, integrations, and restructurings.Mr. Taylor is one of the Aon Hewitt subject matter experts on multinational pooling and captive programs serving as one of the Key Service Line leaders on captives. He is a recognized industry expert on global benefits having authored papers on Global Benefits in Captives (Bermuda Captive Forum), Governance Strategies (Benefits and Compensation International), the Defense Base Act (partial re-print in Business Insurance). He has spoken at various conferences on the subjects of Multinational Pooling, Expatriate/ Third Country National benefit arrangements and Global Employee Benefit Planning. He serves as an expert resource to SHRM having been quoted on a variety of global benefit topics. Mr. Taylor actively participates in several International Human Resource groups including being a member of the National Foreign Trade Council. Mr. Taylor graduated with a B.A. degree in English from the University of Delaware.
