•Leading 2 Gas Production Operators through the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, maintenance and optimization of gas well sites, gas pipelines and gas compressor stations, as well as associated separation and power generation equipment, and providing hands-on technical and procedural training and mentoring to maximize team skills and capability •Leading by example regarding compliance with HSEQ policies and associated safe work systems, continuously monitoring the work area to identify and control hazards to ensure Zero Harm for people, the equipment and the environment, and holding meaningful safety interactions to raise overall site safety awareness (and same for all roles below)•Planning and execution of major shutdowns, projects and maintenance works, and using SAP CMMS (and previously MEX) for work order tracking, task scheduling, historic maintenance recording, and inventory management (same for below role)•Permit Authority responsible for the design, verification, issuing and monitoring of Permit to Work (PTW), as well as hands-on installation and de-isolation of process isolations, and ensuring compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures •Trouble-shooting plant performance issues and breakdowns, rectifying those within sphere of competency, escalating anything outside of, and returning plant to service after maintenance works and field shutdowns (same for below role)•Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including management, production, JV partners, and multi-discipline engineering and trades teams to ensure an integrated approach to the achievement of production targets •Conducting routine plant and equipment performance checks, weekly sampling of water, gas and condensate, daily data logging and reporting, maintaining production records, and providing shift handover reports (same for below role)•Reading and interpreting schematics, P&ID’s, technical specifications and a range of regulatory Standards and Codes.

•Operation, monitoring, maintenance and optimization of oil and gas well sites, flowlines, pipelines, pumping systems, compressor stations, prime movers, power generation equipment, and associated storage and continuous processing facilities, so-as to safely optimize oil and gas production production targets•Maintenance of pressure, level, flow, density, temperature, vibration and speed transmitters/detectors, positioners, relays, controllers, valves, PLC’s, DCS, SCADA, UPS, VSD’s, MCC’s, ESD’s, DB’s, CB’s, HV/LV cabling, substations, single and 3-P motors, transformers, switchgear, panels, earthing, lighting, cables, trays, ladders and conduit•Well testing and taking daily readings of pressures, levels and temperatures, as well as monitoring and maintaining chemical injection systems, conducting critical function checks, and performing a range of plant surveillance and rectification works•Monitoring baseline performance, fault-finding, rectification and maintenance of oil and gas compressors, pipelines and well sites to optimize availability, and ensuring overall compliance with condition monitoring and maintenance programs •Operation and maintenance of artificial lift systems including beam pumps, electrical submersible pumps and j300 jet pumps, as well as pipeline pigging operations, and commissioning new artificial lift pumping systems, wells and flowlines•Inspection and maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA), and using SCADA for well cycling parameters, compressor monitoring, level monitoring, and the stopping and starting of compressors and pumps •Working collaboratively with leaders, team members, contractors and multi-discipline engineering and trades teams to ensure an integrated approach to the achievement of maintenance goals and production targets •Permit Authority responsible for the design, verification, issuing and monitoring of PTW, as well as hands-on installation and de-isolation of process isolations.

Surat Basin

•Commissioning of CSG (coal seam gas) well sites and associated water and gas gathering systems, including hydraulic pumping units, progressive cavity pumping systems, separators and flowlines, as well as coordinating and supervising work groups for high-risk activities such as live flowline tie-ins and purging of gathering systems•Completing QA/QC documents including ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plans), ITR’s (Inspection and Test Records), and NCR’s (Non Conformance Reports) to address any deviations or quality issues, and redlining and greenling drawings•Design, verification, issuing and monitoring of PTW, as well as hands-on installation and de-isolation of process isolations, and ensuring compliance with LOTO procedures •Operating CSG (coal seam gas) wells and gathering systems to produce gas at optimum rates to meet production targets•Working collaboratively with the Land Access department to coordinate with landholders to ensure timely access.
