With nearly 3 decades of experience in the food industry including many years of experience as an industry consultant, I am in a position to provide expert advice and guidance on food safety, quality management, microbiological contamination, HACCP, BRC, and results interpretation. This experience is underlined with an academic background that includes a first degree from The University of Leeds, an MBA in International Strategic Leadership, a Diploma in Crisis Management and a Level 7 Certificate in Business Administration and Management.I have an active interest in personal development, being passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals and overcome challenges, which gives me the chance to keep using my certification and experience as a life coach. My research interests include business strategy, leadership, and organisational development and who knows, there might be a Doctorate in one of these subject areas soon :-)
