I have a passion for getting people moving. As an operations director, event director and technical manager with over 10 years of experience in large scale events, I have a passion for creating and executing successful running, corporate, and cycling events that bring people together, support charities, and promote getting the community together and engaged. I have implemented business ideas from inception to reality, managed client expectations and budgets, and designed frontend and backend features of event websites.Currently, I am the Director of Operations at Cleveland Marathon where I oversee medical, police, volunteer groups, course operations and logistics for this 10,000 person road race. I am also a Technical Manager at Medalist Sports, where I oversee the operations and logistics of multiple events across the country where I am responsible for securing permits, creating and managing routes, coordinating course marshals and rest stops, hiring and managing staff, and communicating with internal and external parties. And lastly I founded and run an event production company called Run The Land that manages over 70 events and sees over 30,000 runners and hundreds of thousands of dollars raised for our partner charities.
