Jay Town is the Vice President & General Counsel at Gray Analytics. I am primarily responsible for the development of several of the cyber security platforms at GA, to include the ChainShield framework which serves as an "overwatch" for supply chains in every economic sector, to include and especially military defense and aerospace. ChainShield revolutionizes compliance with CMMC, DFARS, and more importantly, enables both primes and subs to better determine those links in the supply chain that may be corrupted, counterfeit, or compromised. I also lead the Investigations Group, which performs through our network of experts myriad investigative, multi-faceted forensic, digital forensic, and corporate monitoring services. I serve as legal counsel to Gray Analytics, along with assisting the CEO and President in daily business activities. As a former United States Attorney in the Trump Administration, career prosecutor, and former Marine Judge Advocate, it is my goal to utilize the unique leadership and solutions-based skillset that I have developed over my career to serve all clients of Gray Analytics.Bar Memberships:Indiana, New Jersey, Alabama, Northern District of Alabama, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court.
