Responsible for day to day operations of 6 locations across Texas, Arizona, Louisiana

Accountable for the operation of 6 restaurants in 4 Texas markets (Austin, San Antonio, Houston, McAllen). Instilling high standards and delivering superior results in all areas of the business - sales growth, profitability, training & development and facilities management. Communication of the company vision and brand standards to all members of the management team

Responsible for the operation of up to 10 restaurants in various markets ensuring optimal restaurant performance through selection, training and retaining the most talented managers in the industry. Responsible for yearly execution of regional and restaurant budgets, development of people, increasing sales and increased profits. Developed plans with each general manager to achieve required results. Led the implementation of: menu updates, improvement of service model, Food cost reduction and Late night Bar business program.Open several new restaurants in Texas. Received Guest Excellence Achievement Award, for high guest satisfaction scores.
