The project involved a large amount of discovery work that was managed on a T&M basis. CCC Group was a sub-contractor on the project and involved close coordination between the lead contractor and the power plant when managing equipment locations, extra work orders, T&M timesheets, equipment locations, schedule, project billings, and plant operations. The project also involve the management on 1 sub-contractor with a T&M contract that had no cost overruns.Project Cost $2.7M
