As the manager of a service user co-production project, run in collaboration with a local Mind Association and West London NHS Trust; I lead a team working alongside service users within inpatient psychiatric wards as well as primary and community mental healthcare settings to improve services in reflection of those who access them. This required leadership and partnership working with multi-disciplinary practitioners and Trust management to improve services for the best, in respect of patient experience and performance outcomes.
