I am a founding partner of Liff, Walsh & Simmons and serve as the firm’s Managing Partner. I am a member of the firm’s Real Estate, and Banking & Finance practice groups. I represent clients in all aspects of business, finance, real estate and land-use projects, including contract negotiations, financing, construction, leasing, and entity structuring and organization. My clients include businesses, investors, landowners, real estate developers, brokers, buyers, and sellers as well as community, regional and national banks. I negotiate and draft documents for real estate acquisition, construction, permanent, commercial, and asset-based loans on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. I also counsel businesses on mergers and acquisitions, employment, contractual, business disputes, commercial litigation, and general business matters. I have been recognized as a 2014 – 2022 Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Real Estate. In addition to my law practice, I am the CEO of Eagle Title, LLC, one of the fastest-growing attorney owned and operated title companies in the mid-Atlantic region providing title services through experienced and trusted settlement agents licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia. I live in Anne Arundel County with my family and am an active supporter of many Annapolis based charities including the Building Traditions Society of the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation. I serve on the board of directors of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and have previously served as the President of the Touchdown Club of Annapolis and on the board of directors of Warrior Events.
