Green Building Rater, USGBC LEED for Homes (LEED-H). I provide training, analysis, guidance, testing and certification assistance for builders, developers, architects and HVAC contractors involved in the US Green Building Councils LEED for Homes program. The projects I am involved in range from a multi unit townhouse development to several net-zero energy homes. Outreach Assistant and Public Speaking Presentations to local building inspectors, contractors and owner builders on the Energy Star program, the Residential Energy Code and the USGBC green building program LEED for Homes (LEED-H).
